These towels are such a life-saver for me. I suffer from migraines AND heat-strokes; and needless to say, these towels have been keeping my health in check.
I use them when I go to the gym, a hike and the flea market. Any place I can easily get overheated, these fellers will be with me from now on.
What's really great is that they don't require refrigeration. Just simply pour water over them, squeeze it out, and snap the towel 3/4 times, and it's instantly cool! Love it!!!
