The wand has a slim brush at the end, the same type as an instant eye-liner. It's smooth, and bendable, and helps glide the clear serum on without dripping. By the way, never double-dip this serum. If you're applying to both eyes, there's enough serum on the brush to apply to both eyes. I then wipe the brush on a tissue, before inserting back in to the bottle.
The serum itself is clear with no scent, and exact consistency as most liquid eye-liners. It dissipates almost instantly, and there's no muss or fuss. Extremely easy to apply.
Patience is a virtue, and don't expect overnight results. Yup, beauty takes time! A normal lash cycle is about 5 weeks. So don't give up, you'll see results soon....just add it to your daily routine, so it's not something your constantly watching...that's no fun to stress out over. hehe

Directions:
